Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across assigned counties. You’ll work from a home office, communicate with homeowners and agents, and generate loss-control reports.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor, with flexibility to manage your schedule, travel to properties, take measurements, photos, and deliver web-based reports. Experience in insurance adjusting, home appraisals, or construction is a plus; CAD/Xactimate/Rapid Sketch

Qualificações

• Professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Own smartphone, tablet and PC, plus a late-model vehicle and auto/general liability insurance.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys within your own schedule.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, and note issues for underwriter attention.
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards.
• Communicate information gathered during on-site inspection via loss control reports.
