Job summary

Signature Companies seeks a self-motivated Field Consultant to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys from a home office, traveling to properties in the Charleston area under client guidelines. You will photograph, measure, and document home features, communicate findings to underwriters, and manage your own schedule as an independent contractor.

Experience in insurance adjusting, appraisals, or construction is a plus; familiarity with Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD is helpful.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Independent contractor with self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset.
• BA or BS degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Take measurements, photos, and document home features.
