No cold outreach or lead sourcing is required. You will earn a base of $10/hour plus 10–15% commission, with weekly pay. Typical take-home ranges from $6,000 to $8,000 USD per month, uncapped for top performers.

We sell exclusive, pre-qualified annuity and retirement-income leads to licensed U.S. financial advisors. A simple, high-value, pay-per-lead offer that advisors genuinely want. Your only job: take the warm, pre-booked ZOOM calls we put on your calendar, handle objections, and close - on the call.

No cold calling. No prospecting. No lead sourcing. We generate the demand and book the meetings. You close them and collect.

What you’ll do

• Take company-booked appointments (warm, funnel-qualified advisors)
• Run the call, handle objections, and close live, on the zoom call
• Collect payment on the call — not “send a link and follow up.” If a ready buyer leaves your call unpaid, it usually doesn’t come back, and we track exactly that.
• Know your numbers and product cold — run a clean call with zero fumbling on pricing, product, or screen-share
• Keep clean notes and hold a real close-rate standard on qualified meetings

What you’ll earn

• $10/hr base + 10–15% commission (rate based on proven experience), paid weekly
• Average $6,000–$8,000/mo; uncapped

• Perfect, fluent, natural English — non-negotiable. You’re on the phone with U.S. financial advisors all day.

• You handle objections without folding and stay composed under pressure.
• Reliable and consistent for full-time EST hours — you show up every single day.
• Coachable and accountable — we record and review every call and hold a hard standard. If being recorded and measured isn’t for you, don’t apply.
