Job summary

Fondako Media LLC. is hiring to close licensed life insurance agents and financial advisors on a proven program. You will close deals over the phone or Zoom with booked calls, built-in training, and weekly coaching.

Expect commission-based earnings tied to performance, with ramped earnings potential after onboarding. Most reps earn significant monthly income once ramped, with ongoing coaching and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing high-ticket over the phone or Zoom, $5K deals and up.
• A close rate you can prove.
• Native or fluent English, confident on a call.
• Comfortable running 4 to 8 calls a day and following up hard.
• Willing to run our process before you improvise on it.
• Available on US Eastern hours.

12% of cash collected, paid on collection.

Most reps are at $15K to $30K+ a month within three to six months once they are ramped.

Nothing is capped and nothing is territory-limited. Your number is your number.

Earnings depend on your own performance and are not guaranteed. These figures reflect what people inthis seat actually earn once they are ramped.

You close licensed life insurance agents and financial advisors on a program that already works for 118+ of them.

Every call is booked for you by our setters. Nobody is cold. They applied, they were qualified, and they showed up to talk.

The offer is proven. Our clients average $51K per case and we guarantee the appointments. You are not talking anyone into anything, you are finding out if they are a fit.

What you will actually do

Run booked calls and close

Qualified agents and advisors, pre-screened on licensing, production and intent. You run the process and you close.

Hold a 20%+ close rate

We track it weekly. If you are below it we work on it with you, and if you cannot get there this is not the seat.

Follow up until you get a yes or a no. Most of the money is in the second and third conversation.

Keep the CRM clean

Every call logged, every next step dated. Your numbers are only as good as your notes.

Train every week

Call reviews, role play, and real coaching. We have put over $250,000 into sales training in four years.
