We're hiring an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our growing team. If you have strong experience pitching and closing premium services, this is a great opportunity. We help entrepreneurs, speakers, coaches, and experts secure speaking stages and grow their authority brands. Looking for someone confident on sales calls, skilled in communication, follow-ups, and closing deals. Remote role with high earning potential and long-term growth opportunity.

The Opportunity

We already have outbound sales and setters. This role is for a true closer.

You will have sales calls on your calendar each week; you will run a clean consultative process, close aligned buyers, and follow up until the prospect enrolls or exits the pipeline.

Commission-only, training provided, proven scripts and talk tracks, plus performance bonuses when KPIs are met.

What You Will Own: Close deals on scheduled calls

• Run discovery and enrollment calls on Zoom
• Lead confident, consultative conversations that help the prospect decide
• Match prospects to the right offer based on goals, readiness, and fit
• Handle objections with calm authority and clear boundaries
• Close on the call when appropriate and set clean next steps when not

Follow-up that closes

• Send personalized follow-up within 4 hours
• Run a structured follow-up rhythm across email and text as assigned
• Keep prospects moving without pressure, chasing, or awkward energy
• Maintain clear notes so the prospect experience feels personal and high-touch

Pipeline and reporting

• Keep CRM notes, stages, and next steps up to date
• Track outcomes and communicate patterns to the team (common objections, deal blockers, messaging wins)
• Protect the brand voice, tone, and integrity in every touchpoint

Offers You Will Sell

• Spark the Stage (STS): $5,000 or $4,000 if paid within 24 hours
• Spark the Pitch (STP): $1,500 per month for 6 months, $4500 per quarter, or $18,000 per year

Spark the Pitch Tier 2 ($5,500)

• Spark the Stage Corporate Speaker Accelerator: $25,000

You will be trained on positioning, eligibility, and how to guide prospects to the right next step.

Compensation

Commission is paid on cash collected only.

• STS: 10% commission on cash collected
• STS pay-in-full within 24 hours: additional $200 close bonus
• STP: 10% commission on cash collected
• STP first payment collected: additional $250 close bonus
• Accelerator: 8% commission on cash collected
• $10,000 STS tier: 8% commission on cash collected

KPI Bonus: additional 5% of that month’s collected revenue when KPIs are met.

KPIs and What “Good” Looks Like

We will define targets together, but performance will be measured by:

• Close rate by offer
• Speed to follow-up (same day, within 4 hours)
• Follow-up completion rate across the assigned cadence
• Revenue collected
• CRM hygiene and accuracy

The Storytelling Screen (Required)

We screen for closers who can communicate clearly and tightly.

Schedule and Expectations

• Remote role
• Availability to take calls during US business hours
• Expected volume is about 10+ calls per week
• Fast follow-up and clean pipeline management are non-negotiable
• Contractor role, not an employee
