Job summary

Amtech Electrocircuits is seeking a remote Account Executive to drive new business in PCBA, EMS/CEM, and component distribution. You will nurture active relationships with engineers and buyers, open new accounts, and convert RFQs into long-term partnerships.

You will generate your own leads, work with our engineering team on lead times and DFM expectations, and manage deals from first contact to order, with commissions on new account sales.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in PCBA, PCB fabrication, EMS/CEM, or component distribution.
• Active relationships with engineers and buyers needing high-mix, quick-turn builds.
• Proven record of opening new accounts with identifiable names.
• Ability to generate own leads without relying on company-provided leads.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts in quick-turn, prototype, NPI, and high-mix.
• Bring qualified RFQs from engineers, hardware startups, and OEM buyers.
• Work with engineering to set expectations on lead time, DFM, and capability.
• Negotiate and close deals, manage from first contact to first order.
• Hand off to customer service for repeat orders.
• Keep pipeline and activity current in HubSpot.
