Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of field sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
• Experience in healthcare/medical devices preferred.
• Ability to travel >50% as required by territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the hernia portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to drive robotic integration in hernia procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and market share.
