Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth for our hernia portfolio across the territory. You will build clinical expertise, manage key accounts, and lead robotic-assisted surgical initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires extensive travel, residency within the territory, and a strong track record in medical device sales. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years field sales experience with medical devices or healthcare, or equivalent.
• Ability to travel >50% and reside in the LA territory or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strong Portfolio and Hernia Procedural Expertise
• Build clinical and procedural excellence to drive above-market growth
• Create and execute targeted strategies to increase hernia market share
• Utilize the FES model to convert accounts
• Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management
• Engage customers to improve patient outcomes and procedural adoption
• Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures
• Position the hernia portfolio as the key solution for robotic-assisted surgery
• Utilize advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to drive new business
• Implement market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programmes, training, and simulation labs to accelerate procedural adoption
