Job summary

Sanofi is hiring a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager for the Oklahoma City region covering hematology/oncology customers. The role focuses on AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ, building markets to help patients with systemic mastocytosis and ITP.

The ABM will develop long-term physician relationships, execute territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives in a remote setup across the US.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for the hematology/oncology customer segment within the assigned territory, with responsibility for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ performance across prioritized specialists and accounts
• Engage hematologist/oncologists and care team members who are key decision makers for treatment, conducting meetings with territory resources and messaging
• Build relationships and manage accounts with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy and practice leadership
• Apply therapeutic, product, and market expertise to drive compliant customer engagement, business planning, and insights
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve performance objectives
• Lead market development within the territory by increasing disease awareness and patient journey understanding
• Present complex clinical information fluently to physicians in large centers and hospitals
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage national/regional relationships
