Sanofi is seeking a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager for the Hematology/Oncology segment in the United States. This remote, field-based role focuses on AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ, building relationships with hematology/oncology physicians and care teams, and driving territory plans and performance in a fast-paced specialty care environment.

You will engage key decision makers, deliver clinical information, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize patient access and outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales calling on hematologists, oncologists.
• Must reside within or near the assigned territory and travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

Responsabilités

• Own sales execution for hematology/oncology within the territory, focusing on AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ.
• Identify and engage hematologists and care team members who influence treatment decisions.
• Build relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy, and practice leadership.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet performance objectives.
• Lead market development by increasing disease awareness and patient referrals.
• Present complex clinical information to physicians in academic centers and large practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage national/regional stakeholder relationships.
