• Explain a short approved route through the site to the user.
• Test a reported broken or redirected link and record where the user became stuck.
• Escalate account-specific matters to the proper service queue and track the response.
• Refer content conflicts to the content owner and provide a clear, approved path.
• Log a case that still needs a specialist and inform the visitor what happens next.
