Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative for a fully remote role serving field technicians. The position reports to the Help Desk Manager within a Service Call Center.

The schedule spans Monday–Friday with varied CST hours, plus weekend shifts as needed. The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, issue resolution, and collaborative communication. Equipment is provided for a productive remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from technicians and provide appropriate responses.
• Provide product and service information to callers and clients.
• Identify and resolve client complaints using available resources.
• Route calls to the appropriate resources.
• Conduct follow-up calls when necessary.
• Upsell products and services to existing clients.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Manage correspondence and track issues.
• Analyze, consolidate, validate, and enter data from multiple systems.
• Organize and maintain records and filing systems.
