Job summary

Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to support radiologists nationwide. The role focuses on PACS and clinical application optimization, ensuring stable configurations, and enhancing workflows for high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include configuring clinical apps, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems.
• Deep understanding of DICOM and HL7 interfaces and their impact on imaging workflows.
• End-to-end understanding of imaging exam lifecycle: acquisition, routing, interpretation, reporting, archiving.
• Experience with radiology/teleradiology workflows and related software tools (PACS and clinical applications).

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Imagen's clinical applications and imaging systems for reliable radiologist workflows.
• Serve as subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications; support setup, upgrades, integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.
• Troubleshoot complex clinical application and imaging workflow issues; coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Proactively monitor application health, system stability, and workflow performance to minimize disruptions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new workflows, upgrades, and integrations.
• Train and support internal teams and end users on application functionality and best practices.
• Develop vendor relationships to stay informed on upgrades and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 and participate in Level 2 support and on-call rotations.
