Job summary

Imagen Technologies is hiring a Clinical Applications Analyst to support radiologists nationwide. The role focuses on PACS stability, clinical application configuration, and workflow optimization to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

You will troubleshoot imaging workflows, manage integrations, and collaborate with clinical, operational, and vendor teams. Remote, PST hours, healthcare-experienced required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years supporting clinical or radiology systems.
• Deep understanding of DICOM and HL7 interfaces and their impact on imaging workflows.
• End-to-end understanding of the imaging exam lifecycle from acquisition to archiving.
• Expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows and roles of stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with eRAD PACS, 3M M*Modal Fluency, Studycast, Volpara.
• Experience troubleshooting PACS and imaging workflow issues in healthcare settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Located in or willing to work PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, including upgrades and integrations.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex imaging workflow issues and drive resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor application health and system availability to minimize disruptions.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new workflows and deployments.
• Train internal users on application functionality and best practices.
• Develop vendor relationships for upgrades and workflow optimization.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 support and participate in Level 2 on-call coverage.
