Job summary

Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to support radiologists nationwide by ensuring clinical applications and imaging systems are stable, well-configured, and optimized for high-quality patient care.

You will lead configuration, troubleshoot PACS and workflows, coordinate with clinical and IT teams, and help implement upgrades and integrations, with on-call rotation and occasional after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years supporting clinical or radiology systems.
• Deep understanding of DICOM and HL7 interfaces and imaging workflows.
• End-to-end understanding of the full lifecycle of an imaging exam.
• Experience with radiology and teleradiology workflows and the listed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of imaging systems to ensure reliable radiologist workflows
• Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, supporting setup, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and workflow enhancements
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to identify workflow improvements that enhance efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex clinical application and imaging workflow issues and drive resolution with internal teams and vendors
• Monitor application health, system stability, and workflow performance to minimize disruptions
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new workflows, upgrades, and integrations
• Train and support internal teams and end users on application functionality and best practices
• Develop vendor relationships to stay informed on upgrades and optimization opportunities
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Level 1 and participate in Level 2 on-call rotation
