Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems to ensure reliable radiologist workflows.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, supporting setup, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to implement workflow improvements and reduce operational friction.
• Troubleshoot complex imaging workflow issues, driving resolution with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor application health, system stability, and performance to minimize disruptions and maintain high availability.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new workflows, upgrades, integrations, and customer deployments.
• Train and support internal teams and end users on application functionality and best practices.
• Develop vendor relationships to stay informed on upgrades and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Level 1 staff and participate in Level 2 on-call rotation for critical operations.
• Offer coverage outside normal hours as needed.
