Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for its regulatory reporting group to serve hedge fund clients. Based in Philadelphia, the role is fully remote within the United States.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hedge fund client experience from fund administration, audit or tax, and a solid grasp of cash and derivative instruments. You will prepare filings like Form PF, CPO-PQR, and AIFMD reporting and support system integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience serving hedge fund clients in fund administration, audit, or tax.
• Understanding of cash and derivative instruments.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and controls.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory filings for hedge fund clients (Form PF, CPO-PQR, AIFMD, OPERA).
• Partner with fund accounting, investor services and middle office teams.
• Research new regulatory requirements and brief internal client service teams.
• Inform clients of regulatory changes and handle service requests.
• Support integration of third‑party system provider in regulatory reporting.
• Own scheduling, testing and deployment of software changes.
• Work with operations and technology to fold new workflows into the firm's strategy.
• Contribute to management reporting, presentations and special projects.
