Atlantic Group in the New York metropolitan area seeks a Hedge Fund Operations Associate to support daily trade operations and reconciliations across a multi-asset platform. The role focuses on data integrity, risk controls, and operational efficiency in a fast-growing investment setting.

The ideal candidate has hedge fund operations experience (4–7 years), strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–7 years hedge fund operations experience is required.
• Experience across equities, options, swaps, derivatives and other complex instruments is required.
• Experience with portfolio management and trade reconciliation systems; Enfusion strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations across asset classes.
• Maintain portfolio management systems and monitor shadow accounting records.
• Support valuation oversight, monitor portfolio financing and margin requirements; coordinate cash and position movements.
• Partner with prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators and other service providers to ensure efficient daily workflows.
• Prepare internal management reports, client reporting packages, regulatory filings and maintain strong controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement new systems and workflows.
