Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate to support hedge fund regulatory reporting and compliance operations. The role involves coordinating filing deliverables across multiple jurisdictions, including SEC Form PF, CFTC Form CPO-PQR, AIFMD, and OPERA, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will work with internal teams and clients to collect data, prepare management reports, conduct regulatory research, and advance process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of hedge fund regulatory reporting or related experience.
• Experience with SEC Form PF, CFTC Form CPO-PQR, AIFMD, or OPERA knowledge.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate hedge fund regulatory filings.
• Gather and reconcile fund data to support reporting.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting reporting obligations.
• Interact with clients and internal teams to obtain information.
