A leading hedge fund is seeking a Compliance Associate who will play a pivotal role in their cross-functional operations team. This full-time position involves developing compliance programs as per SEC regulations and working closely with Legal and Accounting teams. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in compliance for registered investment advisers, along with knowledge of AML and KYC requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of compliance experience with registered investment advisers.
• Experience in the private equity or investment management industry is desired.
• Familiarity with ESG matters and reporting frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance programs per SEC regulations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and disclosures, including Form ADV and Form PF.
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations governing investment advisers.
