Job summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking an Account Manager - Heavy Duty to drive significant sales growth and manage key customer relationships across the United States from a remote setting. You will serve as the primary contact for accounts, coordinating with engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing and other teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading the sales process, visiting clients, and planning long- and short-term strategies.

Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Leads the performing of routine account management activities
• Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
