Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Clinical Account Representative in Milwaukee, WI to support growth of a remote monitoring solution for heart failure patients. This field-based role blends clinical expertise with account management and education to drive adoption and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include engaging physicians and clinics, delivering demonstrations, and providing ongoing education while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years in medical device or healthcare sales with direct healthcare provider interactions.
• Proven consultative selling with ability to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals (≥100% to goal).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for high-volume accounts, ensuring patient onboarding and monitoring workflows.
• Achieve sales and utilization goals within designated accounts.
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans focused on growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Deliver product demos and education to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
