Job summary
TSP Talent Solutions is seeking a Clinical Account Representative to support a remote monitoring solution for heart failure care. This field-based role combines clinical expertise, account management, education, and commercial execution to help healthcare providers optimize patient care.
In this role you will engage physicians and care teams, drive utilization, deliver product demonstrations, and provide education and technical support while building strong relationships and maintaining CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2–4 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience.
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals (≥100% to goal).
- Willingness to travel within territory.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for high-volume accounts delivering onboarding and monitoring workflows.
- Achieve sales and utilization goals within designated accounts.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide product demonstrations.
- Provide training and technical support to clinical staff and administrators.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure compliant documentation.
