Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners in San Diego, CA seeks a Clinical Account Representative to support adoption of a remote monitoring solution for heart failure patients. This field-based role blends clinical insight, account management, and education to drive utilization and improve outcomes.

You will partner with physicians and clinics, conduct product demonstrations, deliver trainings, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience.
• Proven consultative selling with meeting/exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for established high-volume accounts and enable patient onboarding.
• Achieve sales and utilization goals within designated accounts.
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans focused on growth and utilization.
• Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and educational presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Gather competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Provide account coverage and cross-team support as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
