Job summary

Axuall is hiring a Product Configuration Specialist to design, standardize, and optimize recipe and task build solutions for scalable deployments. You will analyze customer requirements, implement efficient workflows, and uphold quality standards across implementations.

The role works with Product, Client Services, Support, and other teams to ensure accurate delivery and continuous improvement, with a focus on automation and scalable processes. Remote-friendly with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, workflow configuration, or solution delivery within healthcare.
• Experience identifying and driving process optimization, standardization, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with requirements gathering and scalable design.
• Familiarity with Jotform or similar form/workflow configuration platforms.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, QA practices, and release validation with attention to detail and consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategy, framework, standards, and best practices for recipe and application/task build processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Analyze customer workflows and business needs to design scalable, repeatable solutions aligned to best practices.
• Serve as the operational SME for recipe and task build methodologies, partnering with Product, Client Services, Support, and other teams.
• Establish QA, governance, documentation, and review practices to ensure accuracy and high-quality delivery.
• Manage intake and prioritization by gathering requirements and coordinating stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and implement automation and scalable delivery models to improve operational maturity.
• Provide oversight for outsourced build work, prioritization, and delivery accountability.
