Axuall is hiring a Product Configuration Specialist to design and optimize recipe and task build solutions for scalable implementations. You will partner with Product, Client Services, Support, and other teams to deliver accurate, efficient configurations that meet governance standards.

You will own process standards, analyze customer workflows, and drive automation opportunities while overseeing outsourced build work for consistent outcomes across implementations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, workflow configuration, or solution delivery.
• Ability to identify and drive process optimization and standardization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Jotform or similar form/workflow configuration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the strategy, framework, standards for recipe and application/task build processes across the organization.
• Analyze customer workflows, requirements, and business needs to design scalable solutions.
• Serve as the operational SME for recipe and task build methodologies with cross-functional partners.
• Establish quality assurance, governance, and documentation for consistency and delivery quality.
• Manage intake and prioritization by gathering requirements and coordinating stakeholder alignment.
• Proactively identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery models.
• Provide oversight for outsourced build work and ensure delivery accountability.
