Job summary

Axuall seeks a Product Configuration Specialist to design, standardize, and optimize recipe and task build solutions that support scalable implementations. You will analyze customer requirements, build efficient workflow configurations, and partner with Product, Client Services, Support, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

The role requires analytical, operationally minded professionals who own complex processes from requirements gathering through execution and optimization,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software implementation or workflow configuration in healthcare.
• Experience driving process optimization and standardization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with form/workflow tools such as Jotform.
• Experience with QA, testing, and release validation processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and data privacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own recipe and application/task build standards to drive consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze customer workflows to design scalable, repeatable, and efficient solutions.
• Partner with Product, Client Services, Support to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
• Establish quality assurance and governance across implementations and legacy configurations.
• Manage intake and prioritization, coordinating stakeholder alignment and execution routing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and scalable delivery models.
• Oversee outsourced build work with quality standards and delivery accountability.
