Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional transformation programs and initiatives.
• Track progress against timelines and budgets; prepare stakeholder reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and resource constraints with mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and manage vendor commitments.
