Modivcare is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across the organization from Denver, CO. You will align multiple workstreams, manage risks and vendor relationships, and report progress to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program or project management, strong governance and financial skills, and outstanding executive communication abilities. PMP is preferred; the role involves ambiguity and high accountability.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) plus years of progressive Program or Project Management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives including cost-center, business, technology, and operational changes.
• Experience managing external vendors, strategic partners, and vendor delivery accountability.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• Track progress against timelines and budgets; prepare executive reports.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resources; develop mitigations.
• Create integrated program plans across business, product, technology, and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet commitments and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with vendors and partners; ensure contract outcomes.
• Communicate updates to leadership and drive risk mitigation actions.
• Support leaders with performance insights, analytics and reporting.
