Modivcare in Denver is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives across product, technology, and operations. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive updates to drive strategic outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in program management, strong vendor management, governance, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, project management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• Track progress against timelines, budgets, and performance indicators; report to senior management.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigations.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans across functions and vendors.
• Establish deep vendor relationships; ensure performance against contracts and milestones.
• Develop executive dashboards and concise communications on program health and outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, and keep meeting content focused; support leaders with recommendations to improve performance.
