This fully remote role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and delivering executive-ready updates and dashboards. You will mentor project managers and analysts, prepare governance materials, and drive risk mitigation and process improvements across major programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams on scale projects.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs for implementation or process improvement.
• Create executive dashboards and reports for status updates.
• Manage risks, budgets/forecasts, dependencies, and issues.
• Coordinate multiple project managers and business analysts across workstreams.
• Develop training materials and deliver to teams; prepare Steering Committee documents.
