Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors and vendor delivery accountability.
• Leading multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technology.
• Strong program planning, governance, risk management, financial management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication; ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Track progress against timelines and budgets; report to senior management.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare strategic analyses of business and operational opportunities as needed.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans across functions and vendors; ensure deliverables align with standards.
• Coordinate resources and ensure alignment to meet commitments and program outcomes.
• Establish relationships with strategic vendors and partners; manage commitments and performance.
• Provide dashboards and executive updates on program health, outcomes, and dependencies.
