Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager IV to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs that support operational effectiveness and organizational priorities within a healthcare environment. The Program Manager will own integrated planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions while keeping initiatives on track against timelines, budgets, and key deliverables. Success in this position will require strong vendor management, proactive risk mitigation, and clear reporting to ensure complex programs are executed with discipline and measurable impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex, cross-functional transformation programs and initiatives.
• Track progress of projects against timelines and budgetary guidelines, preparing reports for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and resource constraints, developing mitigation plans.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans across various functions and ensure adherence to project management standards.Establish and maintain effective relationships with strategic vendors and manage their commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive Program or Project Management experience, including leading complex, large-scale initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and strategic partners.
• Strong program planning, governance, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
