Omnicell, a leader in pharmacy automation and medication adherence, is seeking a Sales Associate MA to drive growth in its Medication Adherence business. You will partner with Account Executives to identify and advance opportunities across automation, software, and recurring revenue solutions while supporting territory strategy and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relevant internship, work experience, or project experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities across portfolio.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and objectives.
Support territory planning, pipeline development, and opportunity progression.
Assist with pricing, proposals, quoting, contracting, and planning.
Demonstrate Omnicell solutions virtually and in person.
Represent Omnicell at trade shows and customer meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM activity and track territory goals.
