Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Sales Associate to support Account Executives across a portfolio of pharmacy automation, medication adherence and recurring revenue solutions. You will help identify, qualify and advance new opportunities and assist with territory strategy, customer engagement and sales execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant internship, work experience, or project experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities across a portfolio designed to improve pharmacy operations and medication adherence outcomes.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, outbound campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business objectives.
• Partner with Account Executives to support territory planning, pipeline development, and opportunity progression.
• Assist with pricing, proposals, quoting, contracting, and sales-related business planning activities.
• Demonstrate Omnicell solutions virtually and in person for prospective customers.
• Represent Omnicell at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing meetings.
• Build knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication adherence programs, automation technologies, and industry trends.
• Participate in customer implementations and cross-functional projects to strengthen solution expertise.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and contribute to achievement of territory and team goals.
