Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Sales Associate in MA to drive growth in the Medication Adherence portfolio. You will partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities across automation, software, and recurring revenue solutions, while supporting territory strategy and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, healthcare, or related field.
• Relevant internship or work experience in sales or healthcare.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across a diverse portfolio of capital equipment, automation, software, consumables, and recurring revenue solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive opportunities and support territory planning.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business objectives.
• Assist with pricing, proposals, quoting, contracting, and sales planning activities.
• Demonstrate Omnicell solutions virtually and in person for prospective customers.
• Represent Omnicell at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing meetings.
• Build knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication adherence programs, and industry trends.
• Participate in customer implementations and cross-functional projects to strengthen solution expertise.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and contribute to achievement of territory and team goals.
