Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Medication Adherence team in a remote-capable role in the United States. You will support Account Executives, generate opportunities across automation, software, and consumables, and help advance pipeline while learning pharmacy operations and patient adherence trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant internship, work experience, or project experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities across capital equipment and automation.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, outbound campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business objectives.
• Partner with Account Executives to support territory planning, pipeline development, and opportunity progression.
• Assist with pricing, proposals, quoting, contracting, and sales-related business planning activities.
• Demonstrate Omnicell solutions virtually and in person for prospective customers.
• Represent Omnicell at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing meetings.
• Build knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication adherence programs, automation technologies, and industry trends.
• Participate in customer implementations and cross-functional projects to strengthen solution expertise.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and contribute to achievement of territory and team goals.
