Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a call center environment.
• Typing speed 25 WPM or higher.
• Hardwired internet with at least 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma.

• Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Accurately document call details.
