The Ladders is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to join a remote team delivering high-impact strategic initiatives in the healthcare space. You will lead analytical workstreams, translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and execution across Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years in strategy, consulting, or finance, excellent communication, and a collaborative, mentoring mindset to grow junior

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 4–6+ years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build trust with business leaders quickly.
• Collaborative and flexible working style.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage analysis and workstreams within high-impact strategy projects
• Lead interviews and working sessions with leaders in Medicare and Medicaid
• Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis
• Scope and analyze customer and broker research for strategic insights
• Create high-quality analysis and deliverables that frame objectives and articulate findings
• Collaborate with team members and leaders across the organization
