Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to join a remote team delivering high-impact strategic initiatives in the healthcare space. You will lead analytical workstreams, translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and execution across Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years in strategy, consulting, or finance, excellent communication, and a collaborative, mentoring mindset to grow junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 4–6+ years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will support high-impact strategic initiatives that help shape decision‑making across a healthcare organization serving Medicare and Medicaid populations. The advisor will lead analytical workstreams, translate complex findings into clear recommendations, and partner closely with business leaders to inform strategy and execution. The position requires a blend of consulting-style problem solving, financial and market analysis, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,200 – $158,400 annually
