Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or public health, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 15+ years in healthcare or health system transformation; 8+ years in consulting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced consulting services across healthcare delivery projects.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and implement health system improvement initiatives.
• Lead project charters, plans, budgets, and milestones.
• Mentor consulting team members and foster collaboration.
• Support business development and proposal development.
