Merative seeks a Contract Engagement Advisor to operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and real-world impact. You will help turn healthcare data into actionable contracting strategies that support revenue goals while ensuring compliance and risk management.

The role requires extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, including data/privacy agreements, SaaS, NDAs, and MSAs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years drafting, negotiating and consulting on contracts.
• Experience with data privacy issues and agreements.
• Experience in healthcare technology, software & services or healthcare.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex transactions.
• Strong prioritization and customer service mindset.

Aufgaben

• Learn Merative's products and business model to support revenue goals through contracting activities.
• Initiate, review, redline, and negotiate a broad range of contracts including data agreements, SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Manage standard and complex contracts and drive competitive bid efforts via RFIs/RFPs.
• Analyze terms, determine amendments or renewals, and negotiate revisions within guidelines.
• Coordinate contract review with in-house counsel, sales, compliance, finance, information security, and other SMEs.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers/suppliers.
• Assist with playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and CLM processes.
• Work with contract management systems and identify improvements and new technologies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
