Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas.
• Design and execute data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders (leadership, clinical operations, network, finance, actuarial).
• Identify strategic gaps and develop proposals for improvements.
• Develop impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives.
• Mentor junior analytical staff and deliver executive presentations.
