UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Advisory Director, Strategy and Growth to drive remote consulting engagements with payer and provider clients. The role includes leading research, strategy development, and analytics to support new payment models and contracting designs across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial programs.

The position offers remote work within the U.S. with in-office requirements in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of health care consulting experience
• 7+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting
• Experience in designing and delivering market research initiatives
• Experience in developing contracting and network models for value-based care programs
• Experience in Medicaid Managed Care market development
• Experience with payer-side population health techniques
• Proven business development experience with $1.5M+ annual sales
• Proven project and client management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to travel domestically 25% - 50%

• Supporting business development and sales activity across payers and health care providers
• Providing day-to-day project leadership with client stakeholders
• Oversee managers, senior consultants and analysts in workstreams
• Industry expert in value-based contracting methodologies, strategy development, and network design
• Provide ongoing management and mentorship of managers and senior consultants
• Provide thought leadership to the practice and broader Advisory constituencies
