Job summary

Solventum is hiring an Implementation Technical Engineer to lead deployment projects across healthcare IT environments. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy Solventum’s Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.

The role requires strong IT support and project-management skills with experience in EMR systems. You will engage with diverse teams, conduct stakeholder meetings, and help ensure successful client onboarding and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or higher with 5+ years in technical support or implementation.
Experience designing and implementing server-based deployment models.
Experience with virtual desktop technologies.
Familiarity with Epic/Meditech/Cerner EMR systems.
Strong Windows and Mac deployment knowledge; SCCM or Intune experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.
Manage client relationships and drive project completion across cross-functional teams.
Support deployment design and implementation and deployment changes.
Contribute to achieving HIS Division business goals and plans.
Participate in testing and cross-team collaboration to ensure best practices.
Communicate with clients from C-suite to frontline users and present findings.
Monitor, report, and troubleshoot system operations; maintain professional relationships.
