Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer to design and deliver secure integrations between Solventum products and customer healthcare systems. You will translate needs into practical deployment strategies, configure solutions, and support technical validation and go-live readiness.

The role emphasizes working with customer IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure maintainability and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing healthcare tech solutions.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, APIs.
• Experience with customer IT teams and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer environments and translate needs into implementation approaches.
• Configure Solventum solutions to support customer requirements with maintainability in mind.
• Lead testing, validation and Go-Live readiness activities for successful customer deployments.
• Escalate and resolve technical issues, driving continuous improvement across products and delivery.
