Ingenious Med is seeking a Sales Representative to align sales activities with the goals of the Business Unit by prospecting, developing, and managing new business to drive revenue. The Regional Sales Rep will be responsible for business development by converting prospective clients into customers, maintaining relationships of existing customers, and developing client/partner referrals.

This remote role requires travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3-7 years of healthcare software sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort presenting ROI and operational impact to executives.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business and fostering relationships with current clients.
• Ensuring sales metrics are exceeded and well documented.
• Collaborating with team members and leaders to improve the customer experience.
• Mastering the product portfolio to articulate value via presentations and proposals.
• Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally to close business.
• Resolving client concerns to promote a positive customer experience.
• Plan and manage a sales territory and personal activities to meet goals.
• Attend external meetings, conferences, and company events to aid business development.
• Maintain and develop customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
