Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience; master’s with 1 year acceptable.
• PMP certification is a differentiator.
• Willing to travel ~5–10% for customer visits, training or meetings.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Project, Visio; ERP experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through closeout.
• Oversee stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, risks, and actions using PM tools and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and partner stakeholders to support success.
• Prepare and deliver installation activity reports, including installation forecasting.
• Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries.
• Review PO transmittals and coordinate follow-up with relevant teams.
• Advise customers on facility requirements, IT security, network and server needs.
• Support customers during implementation using established deployment models.
• Manage high-visibility customers and projects with professionalism.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and mitigate project risks.
