LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue within payer market accounts nationwide. You will develop relationships, manage retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver risk and analytics solutions for health plans.

The role is remote with up to 25% travel and requires a client-focused, collaborative mindset. We offer country-specific benefits and a competitive base pay range depending on location.

Formación

• Account management experience in healthcare, with health plans or related industry.
• Proven track record serving top-tier clients with white-glove support.
• Experience in data, analytics, or SaaS solutions is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives by managing territory projections and executing activities that identify and capture revenue opportunities.
• Develop and expand relationships within assigned accounts to generate new business and increase customer value.
• Manage customer retention strategies and account roadmaps to protect and grow base revenue.
• Partner closely with technical implementation and cross-functional teams, using a pursuit team mindset to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Create and execute effective account and territory plans aligned to business goals.
• Engage client contacts to understand business needs and uncover opportunities for expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
