This remote, nationwide role focuses on growing revenue within established accounts, expanding client relationships, and protecting existing revenue while collaborating with technical implementation and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have healthcare account management experience, a track record with top-tier clients, and a solid understanding of health plan operations.

Qualifications

• Account management experience in healthcare, with health plans or healthcare industry.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, or SaaS solutions.
• Strong relationship-building with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed revenue objectives for assigned accounts.
• Expand relationships within accounts to generate new business.
• Manage retention strategies and account roadmaps to protect/grow revenue.
• Collaborate with implementation and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Create and execute account/territory plans aligned to goals.
• Engage clients to understand needs and uncover expansion opportunities.
